Service Level Management Design and Implementation
Having established the real need for effective Service Level Management and selecting the appropriate system, the next step is to ensure a practical design and successful implementation. n3k has considerable experience of the industry leading solutions and can ensure a successful deployment and ongoing operation in the following ways:

Delivery
n3k will assign a consultant to lead on any engagement and they will act as the single point of operational contact and be responsible for coordinating any other n3k resource that may be required.
As every engagement is specific to the particular customer it is not feasible to outline a generic cost, however at the outset we will agree the initial effort that will be required and document a scope of engagement for the customers approval prior to commencement of any work.
As part of the Scope of Work document we will also agree our responsibilities, any customer responsibilities, the specific deliverables and project milestone dates for delivery. Our objective is to ensure a successful engagement that results in high levels of customer satisfaction.
