Gold Service Support for IP Address Management (IPAM)

This service extends the Bronze and Silver Services for when your own experts may not be immediately available.  Let n3k’s support specialists directly access your systems for fast, efficient, problem diagnosis through remote troubleshooting and patching. 

This service entrusts your network to n3k and allows your key personnel staff to get on with their other day-to-day duties.

Remote Troubleshooting and Remote Patching

This service entitles you to use n3k support specialists to perform diagnostic problem investigation and troubleshooting.  Let us know when something isn’t working correctly and leave the rest to us!  Once the problem has been identified, n3k will contact you to discuss any changes or corrective actions that may need to be taken.

Performing patching tasks remotely is a great way to improve efficiency as well as leveraging our unparalleled experience in this area.  Using n3k’s Gold Service will ensure that your systems are kept up-to-date whilst reducing risk and costs associated with this service.

Training

Part of the Gold Service includes public training for two named administrators on any n3k training course for the duration of your service.  Our training services offer a wide combination of options for all the main products and technologies we supply and support.  Our training consultants deliver the perspective of skilled hands-on experience, rather than a pure theoretical view and will be able to provide many practical examples and real deployment experiences.
